Returns and Refunds

At darussalam.uk, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product for a refund or replacement within 30 days after delivery.

All products sold on our platform are covered by our 100% No-Question-Asked policy, so you can ensure peace of mind.

Note that no return or refund will be processed on edibles, digital gadgets (once opened), perfumes and books purchased on Sale/Clearance Stock.

We also entertain refunds of defective, damaged, or incorrect/incomplete products. In this case, please contact us within 30 days after delivery. We will promptly replace or refund the product.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original credit/debit card or PayPal account used during the time of purchase. Please be aware that service charges (which may vary depending on the bank or payment method) may apply.

Additionally, the customer is responsible for arranging the delivery of the product to our location through a courier service or other means.

How to Request a Refund

To expedite your refund request, kindly provide the following information related to your purchase:

  1. Order Number: This can be located in the email receipt sent at the time of purchase or in your account's Order History section.
  2. Your username and the associated email address on your darussalam.uk account.
  3. Purchase Amount.
  4. Date and Time of the transaction.
  5. For credit card transactions: The last four digits of the card, card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and the name on the card (please omit the full card number for security reasons).
  6. For PayPal transactions: The email address linked to your PayPal account and the PayPal transaction number.

Customs & Import Fees

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are set by your country's customs office.
  • Customers must pay their own customs fees, and keep checking their email for updates and steps on how to pay the custom fees/duties.
  • If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Shipping and Refund Timeline

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days once they are received. Refunds will take approximately ten (10) business days to be processed.
