When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your destination and the courier service used.
Do you ship internationally, and will I be charged customs fees?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by your country's customs office. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are separate from our shipping charge. Please keep an eye on your email for any customs payment instructions - if an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the shipping cost is non-refundable.

Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free, 100% no-question-asked returns policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
Edibles, opened digital gadgets, perfumes, and books purchased on Sale/Clearance are not eligible for return or refund. All other items are covered by our standard 30-day policy.

How long do refunds take to process?
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original card or PayPal account within approximately 10 business days. Note that payment service charges may apply depending on your bank or provider.
