حاشية إعانة الطالبين على حل ألفاظ فتح المعين أربع مجلدات-hashiat 'iieanat altaalibin ealaa hali 'alfaz fath almueayan 'arbae mujaladat

نرى كثيراً من كتب الفقه طباعتها قديمة، وبعضها سقيم يصعب على الطالب وغيره قراءتها، وإن كتاب إعانة الطالبين على فتح المعين هو من مهمَّات كتب مذهب الشافعي رحمه الله. تمت مقابلة هذه الكتاب على النسخة المطبوعة بمطبعة دار إحياء الكتب العربية والتي قوبلت على نسخة المؤلف التي بخطه رحمه الله تعالى، التعريف بالإمامين الجليلي، العلامة زين الدين المليباري رحمه الله تعالى، صاحب الشرح الموسوم بـ((فتح المعين))، وبالمُحَشِّي العلَّامة أبي بكر بن محمد شطا الدمياطي رحمه اله تعالى صاحب الحاشية الموسومة بـ((إعانة الطالبين))، ردُّ الآيات إلى سورها الكريمة. تخريج الأحاديث والآثار وعزوها إلى مصادرها، مع شرح ما انعجم من ألفاظهاعند الحاجة إلى ذلك. ذكر الأحاديث التي أومأ إليها المؤلف دون ذكرها. التعليق على بعض المسائل بما هو شارح لها، مع زيادة البعض الآخر بما يتمم الفائدة ويغني الكتب. عزو بعض الأحكام للمذاهب الفقهية الأخرى خاصة مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة النعمان، مع الإشارة إلى المراجع المعتمدة في ذلك. التعريف برموز الكتاب، ورموز أسماء المؤلفين، وبعض الاصدلاحات. صنع فهرس تفصيلي لمسائل الكتاب، وذلك في نهاية كل جزء. صنع فهرس للأحاديث والآثار الواردة في الكتاب، وذلك في نهاية الجزء الرابع من هذا السفر الجليل.
