What's the minimum order to become a wholesale partner?

Our minimum order is £200 or 10 items (whichever comes first), per shipment — mix freely across any category.

Wholesale discounts on Darussalam titles:

Orders under £500 — 25% off
Orders £500–£1,000 — 30% off
Orders over £1,000 — 35% off

For other publishers, discounts vary by order size. Please note: wholesale pricing does not apply to abayas or organic products.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — distribution hubs in the UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia serve 60+ countries. Bulk orders ship via sea freight; smaller orders via air. We handle customs documentation, duty calculations, and door-to-door tracking.

How do you ensure the authenticity of the texts?

Every translation, commentary, and reprint is reviewed by qualified scholars before going to press. We publish editorial certifications with every multi-volume set, and our scholarly review board is published on our corporate site.

How long does onboarding take?

Application review within 48 hours, first call with your account manager within a week, and first shipment within 14 days for in-stock items.

Can I return unsold stock?

We don't operate on a sale-or-return basis, but Distributor and Enterprise partners can swap up to 5% of an order for alternative SKUs each quarter, subject to condition checks.
